Double station high frequency welding and cutting for high efficiency production
The BZ 2550ST is a high frequency welder and shearer designed for companies that require
high productivity, maximum precision and constant quality in the processing of leather, synthetic materials and technical fabrics.
The heart of the machine is the 4-station rotary table, designed to optimize the production cycle and reduce downtime.
The operator can load and unload the material while processing continues on the other stations, increasing the overall efficiency of the process.
Two independent working heads
The machine is equipped with two working heads, each dedicated to a specific phase of production.
First head: high frequency welding
The first press is dedicated to high frequency welding and is equipped with a
30 kW HF generator and a closing force of 15 tons.
This configuration allows you to obtain uniform, precise and repeatable welds, also enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the final product.
Second head: welding and blanking
The second press completes the production cycle by carrying out welding and blanking in a single operation or, when required, blanking alone.
It is equipped with a 30 kW HF generator and a pressing force of up to 60 tons,
to obtain clean, precise and perfectly repeatable cuts.
A complete production cycle in a single machine
The integration of the two presses on the same rotary table allows you to manage different processing phases within a single process:
- welding
- welding and blanking
- shearing only
This solution reduces material movements, optimizes processing times and helps increase productivity.
